When: Friday, January 8th, 2010 at 10am until Sunday, January 10th, 2010 at 6pm

What: A three day open gaming event with served meals.
A Pre-Registration ONLY event

Who: This is a GCOM Members only event. ALL GCOM members may attend.

Featuring: Open Gaming

Games: GCOM will be providing a limited number of games, so we ask that members to bring their favorites.

Food: Includes: baked ziti, pit beef, burgers, chicken.
We are asking for contributions of sides, desserts or beverages.
Meals and service times are as follows: Breakfast: Sat. & Sun. 10am. Lunch: Fri, Sat & Sun. 1pm. Dinner: Friday & Saturday, 6pm.


Entry Requirements: Camp Fretterd is a secured Military & State facility, therefore, a photo I.D. or Drivers License must be presented at the gate for admission into Camp Fretterd grounds. NO EXCEPTIONS.


Pre-Registration only: Deadline: Thursday, December 31th, 2009.
Registration includes admission and meals. Overnight rooms are additional.

*Space is limited. Event will be open to the first one hundred members that pre-register.

All three days: Associate Members $60. Supporting Members: $50. Patron Members: $30
Any one day: Associate Members $30. Supporting Members: $25. Patron Members: $15

Overnight rooms are for TWO nights, both Fri & Sat:
Regular lodge rooms: $150 (sleeps 2-4). Suite: $250 (sleeps 4-8)

•Ten regular lodge rooms include: one double bed, extra space on the floor for up to two people in sleeping bags.
•Two suites include; Kitchenette, one double bed, one sofa
bed. Room for up to four on the floor in sleeping bags.

As overnight room space is very limited, we kindly request sharing overnight room space with others.
